We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Procurement Officer Administrator to join our Head Office team. This role plays an important part in supporting our care homes by ensuring they are well stocked with the right supplies, at the right time, and at the right cost.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise and process purchase orders for our care homes
  • Order clinical and non-clinical supplies to support day-to-day care
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers
  • Keep procurement records, contracts, and supplier information up to date
  • Support quotation and ordering processes
  • Assist with monitoring spend and resolving invoice or delivery queries
  • Work closely with Home Managers and Head Office colleagues to support their needs
  • Follow company procedures and help maintain compliance and quality standards

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a procurement, purchasing, or administrative role
  • Strong organisation skills with good attention to detail
  • A friendly and professional communication style
  • Ability to manage several tasks at once in a supportive, busy environment
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the care sector is welcome but not essential
