- You would be an experienced Nursing Assistant (Senior Care Assistant level 3)
- Whilst being reliable and trustworthy, you would be able to work as part of a team & unsupervised.
- As a forward thinker, you would be self-motivated and able to motivate and lead a team of care assistants.
- Showing leadership skills, you would be able to remain calm under pressure and adapt to ad hoc situations.
- Showing patience, empathy and care, you would be able to communicate with others using both oral and written skills.
