We now have an opportunity for carers to join Springcare, where every day you can make a difference to someone's life. Here at Springcare, we believe that good carers have many great qualities that make them excellent at their job.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Helping with washing and dressing
  • Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
  • Finding out and knowing residents' interests and needs
  • General housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
  • Supporting each resident's physical and mental wellbeing through activities

Shift Patterns:

Our care team provide 24‑hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night‑time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.

Day Shift Contracts:

  • 8am until 8pm
  • 8am until 2pm
  • 2pm until 8pm

Night Shift Contracts:

  • 8pm until 8am

Successful applicants would require two written references, a standard/enhanced DBS (depending on role) and evidence of a right to work in the UK check.
