Kingscourt Nursing Home is looking for a hard working and committed individual to join us as Deputy Manager. We are a family run group of Residential and Nursing homes in Shropshire, Cheshire and The Wirral.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support your Home Manager and play an important role in team leadership.
  • Oversee and assist in the nursing care of each resident, including maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure person-centred care of our residents, delivering the highest standards of care.
  • Supervise and manage your team, liaising with residents' families and other care professionals.
  • Comply with CQC and care standards.
  • Demonstrate our core values and inspire your team.

What are we looking for?

  • An experienced nurse, who holds a current NMC pin.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

This role would be for 40 hours per week and would be subject to the receipt of two job references plus an enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) background check and may include covering occasional evenings, weekends, nights, and bank holidays.
