Not only do our care team provide nursing care to our residents, they also help to make our residents' lives fulfilled, treat each resident with dignity & respect, and care for them all as if they were their own family.
About the role
Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include:
- Helping with washing and dressing
- Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
- Finding out and knowing residents' interests and needs
- General housekeeping such as tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas
- Supporting each resident’s physical and mental wellbeing through activities
Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am. Typical shift patterns for Night Contracts are from 8pm until 8am.
