Care Assistant Days or Nights Available
We now have an opportunity for carers to join Springcare, where every day you can make a difference to someone\'s life.
Here at Springcare, we believe that good carers possess qualities such as compassion, sensitivity, understanding, a desire to help people, excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to work well under pressure. Being thorough and paying attention to detail, as well as being able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device, are also important.
Our care team not only provides nursing care but also helps make residents\' lives fulfilled, treating each with dignity and respect, as if they were family.
About the role:
Daily tasks include:
- Helping with washing and dressing
- Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
- Understanding residents\' interests and needs
- General housekeeping such as tidying bedrooms and communal areas
- Supporting residents\' physical and mental wellbeing through activities
Our care team provides 24-hour care with shifts from 8am to 8pm for day shifts, and 8pm to 8am for night shifts.
Typical Shift Patterns:
Day Contracts:
- 8am until 8pm
- 8am until 2pm
- 2pm until 8pm
Night Contracts:
- 8pm until 8am
