Working closely with your Deputy Manager and well-established team of staff, you will create and lead a vision for the home. You will demonstrate natural leadership skills, whilst keeping the residents at the heart in all that you do.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure person-centred care of residents.
- Maintain occupancy levels.
- Recruit, retain and manage the team.
- Liaise with residents’ families and other care professionals.
- Keep up to date and comply with CQC and care standards.
You will demonstrate our core values in all that you do, and will be a role model for your team, inspiring them with your passion and striving for excellence throughout the home.
Qualifications:
- Ideally you will be an experienced Registered Manager.
- Hold a current NMC pin.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in a nursing home environment.
- Hold a relevant professional qualification.
- Be able to demonstrate a proven track record in care home management with excellent leadership, problem-solving and managerial skills.
