Overview

Reporting to the Home Manager the successful applicant will be an organised and helpful leader in a busy kitchen environment. You will be responsible for organising, preparing, and serving appetising and freshly produced food, whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety.

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety.
  • Be an organised and helpful leader in the kitchen team.

Qualifications

  • Basic or Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate
  • Knowledge of textured/modified diets would be an advantage
  • Experience in the food industry and ability to work as part of a strong kitchen team
  • Experience in a care setting would be an advantage but not essential
