River Meadows – Care Assistant Nights – 12 hours

We now have an opportunity for carers to join Springcare, where every day you can make a difference to someone\’s life.

Not only do our care team provide nursing care to our residents, they also help to make our residents lives fulfilled, treat each resident with dignity & respect, and care for them all as if they were their own family.

About the role

  • Some of the daily tasks that a carer at Springcare would carry out would include:
  • helping with washing and dressing
  • assisting with feeding and mealtimes
  • finding out and knowing residents interests and needs
  • general housekeeping such as tidying residents\’ private bedrooms and communal areas
  • supporting each resident’s physical and mental wellbeing through activities

Our care team provide 24-hour care, where day care shifts are worked from 8am until 8pm, and night-time shifts are from 8pm until 8am.

Typical Shift patterns for Night Contracts

  • 8pm until 8am
