The predicted salary is between 25875 - 31625 Β£ per year.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Assistant Facilities Administrator to join our Estates & Facilities team at Head Office. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of facilities administration across the organisation, ensuring records are accurate, compliance tasks are monitored, and communication is managed effectively between teams, homes, and external contractors.
- Coordinating and maintaining company fleet information, including servicing, MOTs, paying car tax and related records.
- Liaising with external contractors and internal maintenance teams.
- Supporting the review and tracking of compliance checks and planned maintenance schedules.
- Providing general administrative support to the Estates & Facilities team.
- Monitoring emails and ensuring messages are passed on promptly and accurately.
- Drafting letters and documents using company templates where possible.
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties as directed by the Estates & Facilities Manager, Assistant, Operations Manager, or Directors.
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with data protection and company procedures at all times.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
