Allocate Support Administrator

Location: Springcare Head Office, Whitchurch Business Park, SY13 1LJ
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: National Minimum Wage – dependent upon age

Springcare operates a group of family-run residential and nursing homes across Shropshire, Cheshire, the Wirral, the East Midlands, and Greater Manchester. Our homes provide care ranging from residential support to full nursing and dementia care, always delivered with kindness, respect, and compassion.

We are looking for an Allocate Support Administrator to join our Head Office team in Whitchurch. This role supports the rollout and ongoing use of Allocate Optima, our rostering system for internal and external staff.

What you’ll do

  • Support the Allocate Lead with the implementation and day-to-day management of Allocate Optima and Bank Staff systems.
  • Assist with system testing, data gathering, and provide ongoing support to system users.
  • Deliver training and support to head office staff and agency administrators.
  • Work with the Buyer to ensure agency Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs) are accurate and up to date.
  • Help oversee staffing rotas across our homes, ensuring shifts are filled and highlighting any gaps.
  • Support the rollout of bank and agency staff onto Allocate.

About you

  • Good knowledge and practical application of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organisation, administration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Methodical, accurate, and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to travel to Springcare Homes across the group.
  • Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn new systems.
