We are now looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our Admin team, providing support to the Home Manager and their deputy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including meeting and greeting visitors to the home and answering the telephone.
  • Carry out any duties deemed necessary by the Manager/Deputy Manager.
  • Upload employee documents to in-house systems and maintain vacancy and recruitment records.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a home environment.
  • Hold NVQ in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Able to prioritise workload.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Good telephone manner.
