Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Due to expansion and growth Springcare Ltd are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Administrator to join our team. Experience in payroll administration is preferred, but we are willing to provide training to the right candidate who demonstrates enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing payroll accurately and on time
- Maintaining payroll records and employee information
- Liaising with finance and HR departments to resolve payroll queries
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Supporting month-end payroll tasks and reporting
Requirements:
- Previous experience in payroll administration is a plus but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
- Basic understanding of payroll software or willingness to learn
- Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
