We are now looking for a hard-working and committed individual to join us as Deputy Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Support your Home Manager and play an important role in team leadership.
- Oversee and assist in the nursing care of each resident, including maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure person-centred care of our residents, delivering the highest standards of care.
- Supervise and manage your team, liaising with residents’ families and other care professionals.
- Comply with CQC and care standards.
- Demonstrate our core values and inspire your team with your passion for excellence.
- An experienced nurse, who holds a current NMC pin.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Permanent full and part-time day or night contracts with access to our workplace pension scheme.

This role would be for 40 hours per week and would be subject to the receipt of two satisfactory job references plus an enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) background check and may include covering occasional evenings, weekends, and nights.
