Kingscourt Nursing Home is looking for a hard working and committed individual to join us as Deputy Manager. We are a family run group of Residential and Nursing homes in Shropshire, Cheshire and The Wirral, proud to be an equal opportunities employer, striving to provide a healthy and respectful work culture.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support your Home Manager and play an important role in team leadership.
- Oversee and assist in the nursing care of each resident, maintaining accurate records while delivering the highest care standards.
- Ensure person-centred care of our residents, assessing their nursing needs.
- Supervise and manage your team, liaising with residents’ families and other care professionals.
- Comply with CQC and care standards.
- Demonstrate core values and inspire your team with passion and strive for excellence throughout the home.
What are we looking for?
- An experienced nurse, who holds a current NMC pin.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

This role would be for 40 hours per week and is subject to the receipt of two satisfactory job references plus an enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) background check.
