Our care team not only provides nursing care but also helps to make residents\’ lives fulfilled, treating each resident with dignity and respect, and caring for them as if they were family.

About the role:

Daily tasks for a carer at Springcare include:

• helping with washing and dressing
• assisting with feeding and mealtimes
• understanding residents\’ interests and needs
• general housekeeping in residents’ bedrooms and communal areas
• supporting residents’ physical and mental wellbeing through activities

Our care team provides 24-hour care, with day shifts from 8am to 8pm and night shifts from 8pm to 8am.

Typical Night Shift Pattern:

• 8pm until 8am
