We are now looking for a hard working and committed individual to join us as Deputy Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Deputy Manager, you would support your Home Manager and play an important role in team leadership. Working closely with your Home Manager and well-established team of staff, you will oversee and assist in the nursing care of each resident, including maintaining accurate records for each of our residents whilst consistently delivering the very highest care standard. Your main responsibilities are to ensure person-centred care of our residents, delivering the highest standards of care, and ensuring our residents’ individual needs are always met as you assess their nursing needs. You would be supervising and managing your team, liaising with residents’ families and other care professionals and keeping up to date and complying with CQC and care standards. You will demonstrate our core values in all that you do, and will be a role model for your team, inspiring them with your passion and striving for excellence throughout the home.

This role would be for 40 hours per week and would be subject to the receipt of two satisfactory job references plus an enhanced disclosure and barring service (DBS) background check and may include covering occasional evenings, weekends, nights, bank holidays.
