Springcare is seeking an organised and experienced Senior Contracts and Invoicing Administrator to join our Team on a permanent, full-time basis. You’ll support the day-to-day running of the Sales Ledger, ensuring resident fee and funding information is accurate, invoices are raised correctly, month-end processes are completed, and fee queries are resolved efficiently. You’ll also provide support and guidance to the Sales Ledger team while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales ledger or finance administration role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident using IT systems and working with financial data
- Staff Management experience is essential
