We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Conveyancing Assistant / Sales Progressor to join our very successful team in our Manchester office. As a Conveyancing Assistant / Sales Progressor you will manage your own personal portfolio of properties spread across the UK and be responsible for progressing the property through to completion in a timely manner.
As a Conveyancing Assistant/ Sales Progressor you will be given a generous basic salary with a competitive, uncapped and achievable transparent commission structure. What the role of Conveyancing Assistant/ Sales Progressor involves:
- Looking after a manageable portfolio and exchanging a targeted number of properties which our current Sales Progressors are achieving comfortably.
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents.
- Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & renegotiations, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange.
- Upsell some of our recommended financial services/solicitors and get paid generously for these.
- Update and maintain notes for your portfolio, and keep clients fully updated with the progress.
- Organising daily workflow.
