As a Sales Negotiator, you\’ll take ownership of your own portfolio of properties and work closely with motivated sellers and buyers across the UK. You\’ll negotiate deals, drive performance, and make a real impact—all from our Manchester office.

What You\’ll Be Doing as a Sales Negotiator:

  • Managing your own personal portfolio of residential properties
  • Booking and following up on viewings (office-based – no site visits)
  • Presenting and negotiating offers to secure fast, successful sales
  • Upselling additional services and earning uncapped commission
  • Using tools like Rightmove and Zoopla to track the market and support pricing decisions
  • Maintaining accurate notes and updates on our CRM system

What We\’re Looking For in a Sales Negotiator:

  • A track record of success in a sales-focused role (property or similar)
  • High energy, resilience, and a target-driven mindset
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • 2+ years of experience in property sales, telesales, or a high-volume sales environment
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, performance-oriented culture
