Are you an experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager or Sales Manager with a strong understanding of sales progression or conveyancing — and a passion for developing others? We’re looking for someone who can turn experience into impact by coaching and mentoring teams to deliver consistently high standards. You will be joining the team as a Sales Progression Trainer, and will have a strong understanding of the Conveyancing or Property Sales progression process along with a strong desire for the training and development of others.

What the role involves:
- Identify training needs across the teams and develop tailored training solutions.
- Deliver team and one to one training sessions on all aspects of conveyancing/ sales progression and compliance and monitor team and individual progression.
- Provide expertise on Conveyancing/sales progression and AML regulations.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to maintain the highest standards.
