Springboard is seeking a Careers & Employability Delivery Manager to recruit, plan and deliver educational activities and employability courses, providing ongoing support and mentorship across hospitality, leisure and tourism sectors.
You will secure work placements, manage relationships with partners, and report on activity using our CRM.
