We are looking for a confident, people-focused individual to join our client's team in a customer-facing role, engaging with C-suite and senior executives. You’ll be responsible for inviting VIPs to high-level roundtables, networking events, and sponsored meetings, while supporting the production team in sourcing potential speakers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to senior executives (VIPs) via phone, email, and LinkedIn to invite them to high-level networking events, roundtables, and meetings.
  • Encourage VIPs to attend sponsored events such as dinners, breakfasts, and private discussions.
  • Help coordinate meetings between VIPs and event sponsors, ensuring they happen smoothly at the event.
  • Work with the production team to find and connect potential speakers for events.
  • Support the marketing team by encouraging registered VIPs to attend events.
  • Be onsite at events to welcome VIPs, assist with their schedules, and ensure they have a great experience.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP attendees to foster loyalty and continued engagement.
  • Meet outreach targets by making a high volume of calls and messages while ensuring quality conversations.
  • Stay connected with the VIP community year-round to understand their needs and invite them to future events.
  • Ensure every VIP receives excellent service from initial contact through post-event follow-up.
