We are seeking a talented, caring and dedicated NurseryNurse/Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at SpringbankAcademy. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our growing EarlyYears provision, working within our new 2-year-old Nursery and supportingchildren across our EYFS provision where required.
We are looking for someone who is passionate aboutworking with young children and who understands the importance of providing asafe, nurturing and stimulating environment in which every child can thrive.You will play an important role in supporting our youngest children as theybegin their educational journey, helping them to develop their confidence,independence, communication and social skills through engaging, purposeful anddevelopmentally appropriate experiences.
Working as part of our dedicated EYFS team, you willcontribute to creating an enabling environment where children are encouraged toexplore, play, develop and learn. You will support individual children's needsand interests, helping them to reach their full potential while ensuring thattheir physical, emotional, social and intellectual development is carefullysupported.
We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic teamplayer who can build strong relationships with children, colleagues, parentsand carers. You will be committed to promoting inclusion, celebratingchildren's individuality and ensuring that every child feels valued, respected,safe and cared for. Safeguarding and the welfare of our children will be at theheart of your work.
