We are currently accepting applications for the permanent, full time position of Rentals Associate for Spring Valley Building Centre.
The position includes:
- Assisting customers, providing excellent customer service, and providing product information
- Creating rental contracts for customers and contractors
- Responsible for the safe and efficient use of rental tools, helping customers with questions and resolving their problems
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and requests for additional items such as consumables
- Maintain inventory to know what is available for customer requests as well as replacing damaged items
- Clean rented tools according to company standards
- Help put away used tools and prepare new ones for renting out
- Ensuring store facility is kept clean, organized, and well maintained
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills & Experience Required:
- Experience working with hand & power tools
- Small tool repair
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Customer service oriented
- Handle heavy loads up to 45kg (100lbs)
