We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social & Community Manager to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media and influencer culture, eager to learn, and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll play a key supporting role in bringing influencer and social campaigns to life across a range of exciting brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain content calendars across social media platforms, ensuring all content is planned, scheduled, and published in a timely and organised manner.
  • Support the planning and development of content, working closely with the senior team to concept creative ideas that are on-brand and resonate with target audiences.
  • Get hands-on in front of the camera - filming and featuring in content as needed, bringing energy and authenticity to the brands you work on.
  • Own community management across social channels, responding to comments, DMs, and interactions in a timely and brand-appropriate way to foster engaged, loyal audiences.
  • Drive always-on influencer engagement, building and maintaining genuine relationships with creators and ensuring consistent, meaningful interaction beyond paid campaigns.
  • Source and identify relevant influencers for campaigns, conducting research to find the right talent based on audience fit, engagement, and brand alignment.
  • Contribute to the development of influencer briefs, helping to clearly communicate campaign objectives, creative direction, and deliverables to talent.
  • Track, analyse and report on performance of influencer campaigns and always on content across social media platforms, providing insights on engagement, reach and overall impact to optimise future strategies.
  • Support other marketing initiatives as required, demonstrating flexibility and a strong work ethic.
