We’re looking for a Trailer Logistics Coordinator / Brokerage Specialist to join my clients growing and highly collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some hands-on experience in trailer logistics or customs brokerage who’s ready to develop their skills further in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating trailer movements and ensuring smooth logistics operations
- Handling customs processes including TSS entries and T1 documentation
- Managing and maintaining accurate shipment and trailer documentation
- Liaising with internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Supporting the brokerage function with day-to-day operations
- Ensuring compliance with relevant customs and transport regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Around 2+ years’ experience in logistics, trailer coordination, or customs brokerage (flexible for the right person)
- Experience with TSS, T1s, and trailer documentation is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Brokerage experience is a strong advantage - we’re happy to train someone with the right mindset and foundation.
