The Role:
As a key member of the team, you will manage the full lifecycle of sea export shipments from initial booking to final delivery, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end processing and coordination of FCL and LCL sea export shipments.
- Preparing, processing, and checking all necessary documentation (B/L, invoices, packing lists, customs entries).
- Liaising proactively with carriers, co-loaders, hauliers, and overseas agents.
- Providing exceptional communication and updates to clients regarding shipment status and potential delays.
- Managing customs procedures and ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.
- Effective negotiation of rates and ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
