Location: Wythenshawe

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm

Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 DOE

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-focused Air Freight Operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to customers worldwide.

What You’ll Be Doing?

  • Managing end-to-end air freight export and/or import shipments
  • Liaising with airlines, customers, overseas agents, and hauliers
  • Handling customs documentation and shipment tracking
  • Providing excellent customer service and proactive communication
  • Ensuring all shipments are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting the wider operations team to maintain smooth day-to-day logistics activity

What We’re Looking For?

  • Previous experience within Air Freight Operations
  • Strong knowledge of import/export procedures
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment
  • Customs knowledge would be advantageous
