We’re recruiting for an exceptional opportunity with one of the most respected small freight forwarding businesses in the market. Responsibilities:
- Handling FCL and LCL import/export shipments
- Coordinating bookings with shipping lines, hauliers and overseas agents
- Completing shipping documentation accurately
- Customs clearance support and compliance
- Tracking shipments and proactively updating customers
- Managing customer queries and providing excellent service
- Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams
- Supporting the wider freight team when required

- Previous experience within Ocean Freight Operations
- Import and/or export experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
