HR Coordinator (Part time) Flexible working days and hours This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global organisation where you'll work closely with colleagues across the UK and internationally. We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Coordinator to take ownership of our day-to-day HR administration and payroll processes. This is a standalone HR role, offering the autonomy to manage your own workload while working alongside a supportive management team and colleagues across the business. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, highly organised, and passionate about delivering an efficient and professional HR service. Manage the monthly payroll process, including complex payroll requirements for drivers. * Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems. * Process HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, amendments, and leaver documentation. * Ensure employee data is maintained in line with GDPR requirements. * Support managers and employees with day-to-day HR queries. * Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and HR best practice. * A minimum of 2 years' experience within a HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or similar HR role. * Previous payroll experience, including managing complex payroll processes. * Experience working independently within a standalone HR function or managing your own workload. * Good knowledge of UK employment law, HR regulations and GDPR. * Experience using HR systems and confidently inputting and maintaining employee data. * Flexible working days and hours (22.5 hours per week). * Company Sick Pay from Day One. * Ongoing training and professional development. * Genuine career progression opportunities as the business continues to grow globally.
