We are looking for a Business Development Manager for a Freight Forwarder based in Greater Manchester. In this role, you will work closely with two passionate Directors and have an opportunity to become a future shareholder.
Along with the opportunity of shares, they offer a highly competitive commission scheme which pays a high percentage for the lifetime of the account. This is one of the best commission schemes in the market!
This is a grown-up working environment with flexibility between office, home and field. They want someone who knows freight and wants to take that next step.
Main duties to include:
- Generate new business opportunities
- Promote Air, Road and Sea services
- Meet with customers face to face
- Generate proposals and quotations
- Represent the company in a professional way at all times
We are looking for:
- Knowledge of Air, Sea or Road Freight
- Experience of working at a Freight Forwarder
- Someone who seeks out new business opportunities
- Strong relationship building skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
