The Role

  • Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will be the driving force behind the Newcastle branch's success. Your focus will be split between operational excellence and aggressive business development.

Strategic Leadership: Full P&L responsibility, mapping annual revenue targets, and delivering high service levels.

Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow an existing operational team, creating a scalable model for long-term success.

Commercial Growth: Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships to increase market share.

Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless service delivery across sea freight, with other modes (Air/Road) as an advantage.
