The Role:
- Managing the end-to-end air import process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Handling air import shipments from start to finish.
- Liaising with airlines, overseas agents, and customers.
- Preparing and processing all necessary documentation (AWBs, customs entries, delivery orders).
- Arranging collections and deliveries.
- Monitoring shipment progress and providing updates to clients.
- Resolving any operational issues efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as an Air Import Operator within a freight forwarding environment.
