We are looking for an Export Operator with experience in managing shipments via Air. This role is working for a well established company who offer a supportive working environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing end to end shipments for regular customers. The company Export to various locations so we will consider candidates with any experience within freight forwarding. Main duties to include: Managing Exports for regular clients Obtaining the best prices from carriers and negotiating rates Ensuring customers have the correct solution that meets their needs Ensure all shipments have the correct documentation Update customers and carriers with any changes Resolve queries relating to lost, damaged or delayed shipments We are looking for: Experience of managing Air Exports Experience in a freight forwarder or similar business Overview of customs processes Excellent communication skills Someone who is organised and sees tasks through to completion Ability to work to deadlines Salary: £30k-£40k Hours: 9am-5.30pm (can be flexible) Parking available Christmas bonus Healthcare If you are interested in this role, apply and submit your CV
