Spring Street Pizza - Bar is expanding with the launch of our bar next door this autumn. We are seeking a Head Chef (Bar) to run the day-to-day operation of the bar kitchen, owning the small plates concept and service, built around house-made produce and precise technique.

This 50-hour, full-time leadership role requires a calm, hands-on manager who can lead and develop a small agile team, manage costs and rotas, maintain HACCP standards, and work with the pizza kitchen to deliver a joined-up service.
