Spring is an elegant, ingredient‑led restaurant with a focus on sustainability, situated in the iconic Somerset House, Covent Garden. This is a hands‑on role where you will be given the opportunity to learn and develop your knowledge in one of London’s most beautiful dining rooms.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has previous experience in restaurants or hospitality (fine dining or high‑end preferred)

The Role
- Full‑time position with flexible scheduling
- Requires availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
