Freight Coordinator – Join The Team in Liverpool!
Hours: Mon–Thurs 9:00–17:30 | Fri 9:00–17:00

The Role:
We’re on the lookout for a Freight Coordinator (Mainly Air) to join our vibrant and hardworking Forwarding Team. You’ll play a key role in keeping shipments on track, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring all operations run smoothly from start to finish. After your training, you’ll manage multiple customer accounts, handle Air and Ocean consignments, and support with customs, invoicing, and compliance.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing Air & Ocean shipments from booking to delivery
- Preparing and checking shipping and customs documentation (bills of lading, AWBs, declarations, etc.)
- Building strong relationships with customers, carriers, and global partners
- Keeping systems and reports updated and accurate
- Assisting with invoicing and checking supplier invoices
- Working closely with your team to meet deadlines and deliver a first-class service
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in freight forwarding (Air & Ocean)
- Knowledge of import/export customs procedures and CDS
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, flexible, team-first attitude
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys building relationships, not just completing transactions
