Role Description
This part-time hybrid role as a Senior Town Planner requires a proactive professional to lead and manage planning activities for various projects. Based just outside Sheffield with flexibility for remote work, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting planning applications, conducting site appraisals and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in a planning role
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and local authorities
- Membership or eligibility for membership with a professional planning institute (e.g., RTPI) is desirable
- Familiarity with UK planning legislation and regulations
