As a Level 3 practitioner, you’ll support high quality early years care and education in a nurturing, play-based environment, helping children learn, develop and thrive.

What we need from you
In the role of Early Years Practitioner (Level 3), we're ideally looking for someone who has:
- A Level 3 early years and childcare qualification (NNEB, CACHE, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- A passion for continuous learning and growth, aligned with our core values and the Spring career pathway
- An understanding of children's development needs (0 to 5 years)
- A positive attitude and a commitment to excellence
A Bit about The Nursery
Spring Northumberland Heath is a warm, welcoming nursery in Erith, providing high quality care and early education for children from six weeks to five years. The nursery offers a family-focused environment where children are encouraged to play, explore and learn through natural resources and free flow play. With a passionate and experienced team, the children's learning, development and individual needs are at the heart of everything they do.
