Are you a creative and experienced Soft Woven Womenswear Designer with a passion for trend-led fashion and commercial design? At Spring, we are looking for a talented Designer to join our London team.

We are seeking a creative and experienced Soft Woven Womenswear Designer to join our London team. You’ll collaborate with buyers, develop trend-led collections, and oversee designs from concept to production. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to ranges that will be sold by major retailers across the globe and influence key fashion categories with innovative and commercial design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design soft woven garments (dresses, blouses, trousers) aligned with seasonal trends and customer needs
  • Work directly with UK buyers and internal teams to build strong product offers and long-term partnerships
  • Conduct market and trend research, source fabrics and trims, and create accurate tech packs and CADs
  • Present collections with confidence and adapt designs based on customer and internal feedback
  • Coordinate with product development and technical teams to ensure timely and high-quality sample execution
  • Support fabric and trim innovation in line with customer expectations and sustainability goals
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of soft woven womenswear design experience, ideally for UK High Street retailers
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, CAD software, and other design tools
  • Strong communication, organization, and trend awareness
  • Fluent in English, with a degree in Fashion or Textile Design
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects
