We are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our London-based Design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our customers, a sharp eye for color and print, and a well-developed sense of emerging trends. You’ll bring creativity and commercial awareness to the role of designing joyful, well-balanced prints that resonate across all product categories. A collaborative spirit and the ability to translate trend insights into compelling designs are key. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop fresh, innovative graphic concepts and visual assets across multiple product categories, including womenswear, menswear, kidswear, and accessories.
  • Collaborate closely with UK buyers and cross-functional teams to build strong, commercially successful ranges and long-term partnerships.
  • Apply a strong understanding of print repeat, graphic layout, color balance, and commercial print handwriting to deliver cohesive and impactful designs.
  • Stay attuned to trend direction and translate insights into joyful, uplifting prints that are aligned with our brand aesthetic and customer expectations.
  • Present design concepts and seasonal collections with clarity and confidence, responding thoughtfully to feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with product development and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of designs into high-quality, on-time samples, including liaising on technical issues related to colours, print quality, and approvals.
  • Support innovation in fabric and trim selection, with an emphasis on customer appeal, commercial viability, and sustainability goals.
  • Consistently deliver a well-balanced, engaging graphic design offer that enhances the overall product assortment and reflects the spirit of the brand.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a global or multi-category brand.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, commercially relevant print and graphic design.
  • Confident in managing multiple design projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, CAD tools, and relevant design software; familiarity with Shutterstock or similar image libraries.
  • Experience using AI design platforms and creative technologies (such as Midjourney, NewArc, Gemini, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools) to support trend research, print development, visualization, and speed-to-market innovation.
  • Excellent sense of color, print composition, and emerging trends.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and build effective working relationships.
  • Degree in Fashion, Textile Design, Graphic design or a related discipline; fluent in English.
