The Sigma Trust is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join The Thomas Lord Audley School on a fixed-term basis. The role focuses on building positive relationships and delivering targeted interventions to support pupils' academic and personal development across Wave 1–3 plans.
You will work with individuals or small groups under teaching staff and SENCO guidance, establish strong relationships with students and staff, and act as a key worker for SEN pupils.
