An exciting opportunity arises as Spring Grove School is an outstanding multi-cultural school that lies at the heart of a supportive and diverse community in central Huddersfield. We wish to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic teacher to supplement our excellent team.

We are looking for an experienced Year 3 teacher to join us for the while of Autumn 2 (02/11/2026 - 18/12/2026).

You will need to:

  • be an excellent classroom practitioner
  • have experience of teaching in Key Stage 2
  • be a professional who inspires all children
  • have high expectations for standards of achievement, progress and behaviour
  • have a passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate
  • be an excellent role model
  • be ambitious for yourself and the school
  • be prepared to be regularly observed by others (as a National Support School, we are expected to provide models of excellent teaching for others to learn from)
