The predicted salary is between 31650 - 43607 Β£ per year.

We are looking to recruit a Play Leader who will actively involve children in engaged play at lunchtimes. Hours of work will be; Monday - Friday 11:50am - 12:50pm, Wednesday - 11:50pm - 13:15pm. To commence in September 2026 on a fixed term basis to 16th July 2027 but with the potential to extend due to funding.

Spring Grove School is a multi-cultural school that lies at the heart of a supportive and diverse community in central Huddersfield. We wish to appoint enthusiastic, motivated individuals who will be able to work to their own initiative whilst understanding and implementing COSHH.

Responsibilities
  • Plan play activities
  • Organise games appropriate for a variety of age groups
  • Encourage pupil participation during lunchtime play
  • Have the ability to relate to children from diverse backgrounds
  • Be an excellent role model with a high expectation of behaviour
