About the role
As an unqualified Early Years Practitioner, you’ll play an important role within our nursery team, working closely with experienced practitioners to help create a safe, happy and engaging environment where every child can thrive. This is an active and rewarding role, supporting children throughout their day and helping to ensure they leave with a smile.
You will assist with play-based learning activities, help to set up inspiring learning environments, and support children with daily routines such as mealtimes, outdoor play and rest periods. Most importantly, you will build warm, positive relationships with the children and be a friendly, reassuring presence throughout their day.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about working with children and eager to begin a career in early years. You’ll be supported as you learn on the job, developing your skills and confidence with guidance from our experienced team.
