We are looking for an ambitious, highly organised Healthcare Project Manager to join our growing client services team. You will coordinate clients, agency teams, and external partners to deliver healthcare communications projects on time, on budget, and to a high standard. The portfolio covers consumer health, OTC, medical marketing, HCP engagement, patient education, and digital communications. You may also support selected non-healthcare UK accounts.
Manage multiple projects and brands from brief to delivery, maintaining clear plans, timelines, resources, and milestones:
- Coordinate account, strategy, creative, digital, medical writing, production, and artwork teams, as well as external suppliers.
- Anticipate risks and dependencies, solve problems proactively, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout approvals and delivery.
- Manage scopes, estimates, budgets, resource use, and profitability, supporting forecasting and invoicing with account and finance teams.
- Maintain strong quality control, version management, and documentation, including support for medical, legal, and regulatory approval processes.
- Support project estimation, proposals, new business, and improvements to client service and agency operations.
Typical projects include HCP and patient materials, medical education, OTC and omnichannel campaigns, websites, CRM, video, events, and internal communications.
At least three years' experience in project management, client services, or account management in an agency environment:
- Experience delivering healthcare, pharmaceutical, consumer health, or other regulated-sector work, including projects for healthcare, OTC, or medical marketing clients.
- A strong track record of managing concurrent projects, brands, stakeholders, budgets, and competing priorities.
- Understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory approval processes, with excellent attention to detail and quality control.
- Clear written and verbal communication, strong relationship-building skills, and confidence with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and project management software; Useful but not essential: digital and omnichannel delivery experience, and a formal qualification such as PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP.
