Significant senior leadership experience within education.

Successful leadership of school improvement across multiple schools or settings, with evidence of sustained improvements in outcomes, quality of education and organisational outcomes.

Extensive experience leading and developing senior leadership teams.

Experience of establishing robust accountability frameworks and driving organisational improvement.

Experience of leading workforce development, talent management and professional learning.

Deep understanding of educational standards, curriculum, assessment and school improvement.

Excellent understanding of inclusion, SEND, preparation for adulthood and outcomes for children and young people.

Knowledge of current educational policy, legislation and national priorities.

Understanding of governance, accountability and risk management within educational organisations.

Experience within a specialist, alternative provision or SEND setting.

Experience of leading system-wide improvement, partnership working or sector wide initiatives.
