We are looking for a Social Media Manager to develop and manage SPRIBE’s presence across key social platforms and support content creation for one of the company’s key public‑facing roles. This position requires strong copywriting skills, hands‑on content creation, and regular international travel.
Requirements- Proven 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably in personal brand, IT, technology or iGaming.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, including platform‑specific content formats and best practices.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English and Russian (full professional proficiency required), with strong attention to detail and tone of voice.
- Experience creating text‑driven content for B2B and public‑facing profiles.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut or similar).
- Familiarity with social media scheduling, analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally (1 time per 1‑2 months).
- Proactive, well‑organised and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Mandatory portfolio demonstrating social media accounts, personal brand projects or content examples (text, visuals, video).
- Develop and execute social media strategies across SPRIBE’s key platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Create high‑quality text‑based, visual and video content, including event‑related and behind‑the‑scenes materials.
- Collaborate closely with a key public representative of the company to support personal positioning and thought leadership.
- Adapt messaging and tone of voice for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Plan and manage a structured content calendar.
- Travel to international expos, conferences and industry events, providing live coverage and on‑site content creation.
- Monitor social media performance, analyse metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Represent SPRIBE at industry events from a content and brand communication perspective.
