3.Monitoring sales targets, analyzing trends, and implementing strategies to improve sales performance.
4.Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues.
5.Managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and ordering products to maintain adequate stock levels.
6.Ensuring appealing and effective product displays, implementing promotional campaigns, and optimizing the store layout to enhance customer experience.
7.Monitoring and managing store budgets, tracking expenses, and maximizing profitability. Analyzing financial reports and implementing cost-control measures.
8.Handling paperwork, such as payroll, employee records, and inventory documentation. Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
